The ReSToRe project: a cell therapy for MS from UZA/UAntwerpen

On May 30th 2020, it was international MS day. MS is a brain and spinal cord disease, affecting approximately 1 in 1.000 people in Europe. UZA and Uantwerpen, 2 members of our network, joined forces with scientists in Spain, The Netherlands and Germany to develop a novel antigen specific cell therapy for MS patients. This project, called ReSToRe, received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement N° 779316.
